HCC Network was founded in 2004 under the name Health Care Coalition of Lafayette County. We quickly established partnerships with local health agencies to grow our community impact and now serve over 7,900 unique patients in west central rural Missouri through our network of six clinics which offer medical, dental and behavioral health services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide safety net health care services to underserved populations, with many in our service area falling well below the poverty line. As a community health center we serve all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay including Medicare, Medicaid, insured and offer a sliding scale fee schedule for uninsured individuals.
